Circle Rules:
Updated: 06.04.2024
Public Charter:
- Membership Limit and Admission. Membership in the Baryonyx Hunting Circle (“Baryonyx”) is strictly limited to a maximum of twelve (12) individuals at any one time. Each membership is granted on a personal basis and solely at the discretion of Baryonyx. Membership cannot be obtained through open application or purchase; entry is by invitation only, extended exclusively by Baryonyx.
- Annual Membership Fee. Membership is contingent upon payment of an annual membership fee as determined by Baryonyx. The full annual fee is due each year and may not be deferred or put on hold. If a member fails to renew by the prescribed deadline, the membership is deemed lapsed and the place may be offered to another party. Any failure to pay the annual fee, or any attempt to temporarily suspend membership, will result in immediate loss of membership without refund.
- Transfer of Membership. Membership in Baryonyx is personal to the member and may not be assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred without the prior written consent of Baryonyx. Any approved transfer of membership will incur a transfer fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the transaction value, payable to Baryonyx.. Any attempt to transfer or assign membership without authorisation will be considered void and may result in immediate termination of the membership without compensation.
- No Entitlement to Capacity or Ownership. Membership grants no entitlement to any guaranteed participation or capacity in Baryonyx hunting expeditions or activities. Membership likewise confers no ownership, share, or proprietary interest in Baryonyx, its properties, or its concessions. Membership fees paid are non-refundable, in whole or in part, even if the member fails to utilise available opportunities.
- Internal Allocation of Hunting Capacity. Access to hunting grounds, quotas, and events is managed exclusively by Baryonyx in accordance with internal guidelines and priorities. Certain seasons, estates or hunting opportunities may be designated as Circle-exclusive and will not be released to the public market. Members are afforded opportunities to participate in hunts and related activities based on an internal allocation system established by Baryonyx. No member is guaranteed participation in any given hunt or event, as all allocations are made at Baryonyx’s discretion.
- Public Access to Surplus Capacity. Bookings by the general public for hunting trips or related services through Baryonyx are only possible to the extent that surplus capacity remains after members have been accommodated. The public may only be admitted to any remaining places or time slots that members have not taken up. Any such residual capacity is made available solely at Baryonyx’s discretion and under terms set by Baryonyx.
- Refusal and Termination of Membership. Baryonyx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any membership application or to decline the renewal of any membership without giving a reason. Furthermore, Baryonyx may at any time revoke or suspend a membership with immediate effect if circumstances are deemed to warrant such action, or without further explanation. Baryonyx may also unilaterally adjust the membership structure, including the number of members or the terms of membership. In the event of any membership termination or material change, the affected member shall have no claim to a refund of fees or any other compensation.
- Amendments. Baryonyx reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Public Charter at any time. Any changes will be determined by Baryonyx and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. The current version of the Charter will be made available to members, and each member is obliged to remain informed of the rules in force at any given time.
Internal Governance, Ranking and Allocation Systems
Baryonyx maintains separate internal systems for priority, ranking, historical standing and the allocation of hunting capacity within the Baryonyx Hunting Circle.
Detailed provisions regarding scoring, status, allocation logic, invitation privileges and other internal mechanisms are governed by a separate internal document (“Member Protocol”).
This document, and any information relating to a member’s status or ranking, may be made available to active members upon request, at Baryonyx’ discretion.
Such internal rules and systems may be amended or adjusted without public notice.
